Inter Milan midfielder Kristjan Asllani and wingback Raoul Bellanova are expected to start against Napoli this evening.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the two youngsters will be part of a heavily rotated Nerazzurri starting eleven for the Serie A clash at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.

Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has some decisions to make in terms of his starting eleven to face the Partenopei.

Over the past few weeks, the coach has been sticking to a policy of heavy turnover from match to match.

This has been in order to keep the players fresh despite the constant churn of matches in several competitions.

According to the Gazzetta, there is little doubt that Inzaghi will stick to this policy at the Maradona. The newspaper predict that the coach will make a slew of changes to the team that beat AC Milan on Tuesday.

Asllani & Bellanova To Come Into Inter XI To Face Napoli

One area where significant change is expected is in midfield.

An injury to Henrikh Mkhitaryan means that the coach has to think about not overusing the other midfielders.

Accordingly, the Gazzetta anticipates that Kristjan Asllani will start. The Albanian can allow for Marcelo Brozovic to have a breather in the deep-lying midfield role.

Meanwhile, the newspaper reports that Roberto Gagliardini will also start. The 29-year-old ex-Atalanta man had also started against Sassuolo last weekend.

Gagliardini is expected to leave Inter at the end of next month when his contract expires. However, he will still have his contribution to make during the run-in.

Meanwhile, the Gazzetta anticipates that Raoul Bellanova will start on Inter’s right flank.

The Gazzetta’s complete predicted Inter starting eleven is as follows:

Inter (3-5-2): Onana; D’Ambrosio, De Vrij, Bastoni; Bellanova, Barella, Asllani, Gagliardini, Gosens; Lukaku, Correa.
