Inter Milan and Chelsea are set to hold transfer talks regarding a number of players – from Andre Onana to Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

This according to Italian news outlet, who report that the Nerazzurri and the Blues will meet after the Champions League final.

Inter and Chelsea are each interested in a number of players from one another for the summer transfer window.

First of all, there is the situation of striker Romelu Lukaku.

Inter CEO Beppe Marotta has confirmed that the Belgian will return to Chelsea when his loan deal expires. Then, it will be up to the two clubs to see if they can agree another loan deal.

Lukaku wants to stay at Inter, but there’s no guarantee that this will be the case.

Meanwhile, the Blues are also keen on Inter goalkeeper Andre Onana. The Cameroonian is one of their major targets to become the new starting goalkeeper.

Not Just Onana & Lukaku – Inter Milan Interested In Chalobah, Koulibaly & Loftus-Cheek

However, the talks between Inter and Chelsea won’t only concern players who the latter want to sign.

The Gazzetta report that the Nerazzurri will also be asking about several players currently at Stamford Bridge.

One is midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

The 27-year-old has been strongly linked to Inter’s city rivals AC Milan. However, with the departures of Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara, the Rossoneri’s pursuit of Loftus-Cheek is up in the air.

Accordingly, Inter could reignite their own interest in signing the Chelsea midfielder.

Meanwhile, Inter are interested in two Blues defender.

One is former Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, who only joined Chelsea last summer.

The other is Trevoh Chalobah, a long-term target for the Nerazzurri.

Considering that Inter are preparing to replace Milan Skriniar, both could become important summer transfer targets.

Either could be used as makeweights in a deal for Onana to join Chelsea, the Gazzetta suggest.
