Chelsea-owned striker Romelu Lukaku has received a huge cash offer from Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal as his Inter Milan future hangs in the balance.

This according to French news outlet L’Equipe, who report that the Belgian could take some time to consider his future.

At the moment, Lukaku’s future is not certain.

His loan spell at Inter ends at the end of this month. Nerazzurri CEO Beppe Marotta has already confirmed that Lukaku will return to Stamford Bridge when his loan ends.

Then, the two clubs will have to see if they can agree a new deal.

Inter and Chelsea will hold a meeting soon to discuss whether another loan move is possible for next season.

However, L’Equipe report, Lukaku has received another big proposal.

Romelu Lukaku A Target For Al-Hilal

According to L’Equipe, French and Belgian sources have confirmed that Al-Hilal have made direct contact with Lukaku.

Rather than contacting the 30-year-old’s entourage, the Saudi club have established contact with the player directly. They have done so through an intermediary, which L’Equipe report is common for Saudi clubs.

Al-Hilal have offered Lukaku enormous wages if he decides to join.

The French outlet note that Lukaku is not currently represented by his former agent Federico Pastorello.

Rather, it was lawyer Sebastien Ledure who handled the Belgian’s loan move back to Inter from Chelsea last summer.

Lukaku Could Take Time To Consider His Future

According to L’Equipe, Lukaku could take some time to reflect on what his next move will be.

On the one hand, the Belgian has always made clear that he wants to stay at Inter.

Then, there is always a possibility that Lukaku could go back to Chelsea next season. He is currently under contract with the Blues until the end of June 2026.

This would particularly be the case if new Chelsea coach Mauricio Pochettino wants him at Stamford Bridghe.

However, L’Equipe notes, Lukaku could have other offers in front of him.

The Belgian can wait to see if big offers come in from any other European clubs, the outlet suggests. L’Equipe note that a number of big European clubs will be looking for a striker for next season.

And, in the meantime, Lukaku also has a huge cash offer from Al-Hilal offer in front of him to consider.
