Inter Milan have made their asking price of €30 million clear for Marcelo Brozovic as Barcelona think about a move.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportItalia, via FCInter1908, who report that the Croat is a major summer target for the Blaugranas and that the Nerazzurri would be happy to listen to offers but would expect a significant cash fee.

Barcelona are thinking about a move for Brozovic this summer.

The La Liga champions are looking to make midfield reinforcements during the transfer window.

Manchester City captain Ilkay Gundogan is one big name on their list. The Blaugranas want to sign the German international on a free transfer.

However, another major priority for Barcelona is to sign a holding midfielder capable of replacing Sergio Busquets.

Brozovic is a player who the Spanish giants have identified as suitable in this respect.

Inter Milan Make Marcelo Brozovic Asking Price Clear Amid Barcelona Interest

Inter have already received one serious offer for Brozovic this summer.

That came from Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr. The Saudi giants reportedly bid €15 million to try and sign the 30-year-old.

The Nerazzurri have reportedly turned Al-Nassri’s initial offer down, considering it to be far too low.

However, Inter would reportedly listen to offers. Reports suggest that a bid of around €25 million could be enough to turn Inter’s head as far as Brozovic.

As such, if Barcelona want to move for the Croat, they will know what it will take. Moreover, they will be well aware of the potential competition of a massive money offer to the player from the Saudi Pro League.

Brozovic Not Untouchable At Inter Milan

Just a few months ago Brozovic being sold would’ve seemed unthinkable.

Last spring, the Croat signed a new long-term contract until the end of June 2026. He was considered virtually undroppable from the Nerazzurri’s starting eleven last season.

However, a fair bit has changed this season.

The Croat has missed long spells with injuries in the season just gone. Whilst he was out, Hakan Calhanoglu has emerged as a starting-quality option in his position.

Moreover, a rift has reportedly formed between Brozovic and Inter. Management of the midfielder’s injuries are reportedly central to the reason for this.

For this reason, Barcelona and Al-Nassr could both have a shot at signing Brozovic. Only for the right price, however.
