Inter Milan and Man United have wrapped up a deal for the sale of goalkeeper Andre Onana.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, via FCInter1908, who reports that the 27-year-old is all but a United player after the Nerazzurri and the Red Devils agreed terms on his transfer in a conference call this evening.

For the time being, Onana is technically still an Inter player.

However, Di Marzio reports, that will change very soon.

Inter and United have been in intense talks for the Cameroonian’s transfer to Old Trafford. The Red Devils have had a few offers rejected in the last week, but have accelerated with improved bids.

This evening, Inter and United held a conference call to try and wrap up the deal.

And, according to Di Marzio, the two clubs have reached an agreement.

United’s most recent offer looks to have done the trick. After one final round of talks this evening, Inter have found an agreement with the Premier League giants.

Inter Milan’s Andre Onana Will Become A Man United Player Soon

According to Di Marzio, it is now only a matter of time before Onana makes the switch official. The 27-year-old is, for all intents and purposes, now a Manchester United player.

He reports that Inter have dropped their asking price to €55 million. United are offering €50 million. They have all but come to an agreement to meet in the middle via the inclusion of add-ons in the deal.

The coming days should see the goalkeeper wrap up the last formalities on the deal.

However, on the clubs’ end, the deal is done. Onana will join his former Ajax coach Erik ten Hag at United for the upcoming season.

On the player’s end, Onana’s reportedly representatives met with United on Monday. They worked out terms on a five-year contract for the 27-year-old former Ajax keeper to make the move to Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Di Marzio reports that Inter are also ready to move right away for Onana’s replacements. He expects the Nerazzurri to go after Shakhtar Donetsk’s Anatoliy Trubin and Bayern Munich’s Yann Sommer immediately.
