This is the INTERViews podcast, the official SempreInter.com podcast, discussing all things Nerazzurri, today focusing on Inter Milan 2-1 Feyenoord Champions League win.
Firstly, in today’s episode on SempreInter.com, Gianmarco and Alessandro discuss, analyze and debate all aspects of the 2-1 win.
Inter fielded a rotated lineup. Lautaro Martinez was rested. As was Nicolo Barella. Therefore, it was impressive to watch Marcus Thuram score a screamer in the 8th minute.
In fact, Inter dominated the match from the start until the 42nd minute. Because Hakan Calhanoglu gave away an unnecessary penalty.
Subsequently, Jakub Moder made no mistake from the spot. The half ended 1-1. The second half Inter started where they left off.

Subsequently, in the 51st minute Hakan Calhanoglu scored from the spot. This after Mehdi Taremi was adjudged to have been fouled in the box.
The penalty call was very soft. The contact was minimal.
A hard earned win as Stefan de Vrij injured himself. The Dutchman couldn’t even start the game, injuring himself in the warmup.
Furthermore, Thomas Berenbruch and Matteo Cocchi made their debuts.
In conclusion, Inter are in the quarterfinals of the Champions League where they will face Bayern Munich.
Topics include:
- Bayern Munich a mouthwatering clash;
- Denzel Dumfries outstanding as captain;
- Marcus Thuram blatantly dived;
- Mehdi Taremi won a very soft penalty;
And much, much more.

Inter can but the management of inter Milan were really cheap last summer and didn’t help Inzhagi at all. They needed to buy one young midfielder to play instead Mikatrian, too old and can’t score. And one good sticker to back Lautaro and Marcus Thuram
inter will not win the treble. This squad is no where near 2010 also you need luck and referees help just like what Real Madrid have. Real Madrid hardly qualified and played yet they were advanced due to luck and the help from VAR. Also inter will not win anything next season cause guess what? Allegri to Milan and Klopp to Juve 100%
You can’t have guys up front like Mbappe, Vini, and Rodrigo and call it luck. The last thing I am is a Madrid fan but Madrid qualified because they have the best player in the world in Kilyan back to his old self. Yes, This Inter doesn’t have guys like Eto, Mocin, Millito but they have a strong team. Last year they should have won it but Pavard did a silly amateur mistake which got Atletico back in the game. This Inter can win this champions league if they went hard for it. But the management of Inter should have helped Inzhagi in the summer.
Dude, those names did’t helped madrid as much as refs did.
