Inter will travel to the capital without Marcus Thuram, Matteo Darmian, and Filippo Di Gennaro for their Serie A clash against Roma.

Thuram remains out with a thigh injury, targeting a return against Napoli on October 25.

Meanwhile Darmian is dealing with a minor issue and will be evaluated day by day.

Goalkeeper Di Gennaro faces a lengthier absence.

Bonny To Partner Lautaro For Inter Against Roma

On the positive side, Lautaro Martínez is back.

He is ready to lead the line after returning from international duty with Argentina.

The striker landed in Milan on Wednesday and immediately reported to Appiano Gentile to prepare for the fixture.

The report adds that Bonny is in pole position to start alongside Lautaro, ahead of Pio Esposito, as Cristian Chivu looks to maintain continuity with his preferred 3-5-2 system.
