Inter Milan have set a €35 million asking price for Davide Frattesi as Fenerbahce move ahead of Juventus in the race, with the midfielder’s future once again under the spotlight.
Frattesi has endured a frustrating first half of the season at Inter.
Injuries and strong competition in midfield have limited his minutes, leaving the Italy international on the fringes despite flashes of his quality.
As Corriere dello Sport explains, the situation mirrors last season, when Frattesi also struggled to establish himself consistently.
“Just like a year ago, Frattesi finds himself on the margins and hopes that this time his entourage can find him a solution away from Milan,” the newspaper writes.
Regular playing time is seen as crucial at this stage of his career. “It would be extremely important for him to accumulate minutes. And to regain confidence a few months before the World Cup play-off and, hopefully, the final phase of the tournament.”
Frattesi Wants Italy Stay As Juventus & Fenerbahce Monitor Inter Midfielder

The former Sassuolo midfielder would prefer to stay in Italy.
According to Corriere, Frattesi is “tempted by the idea of working again with Luciano Spalletti,” a coach he enjoyed playing under with the national team.
And indeed, with whom, he believes a reunion could benefit both parties. Juventus remain attentive, but they are no longer the leading option.
Instead, Inter are increasingly open to a move abroad, with Fenerbahce pushing hard. The Turkish club have stepped up contacts and currently represent the most concrete path forward.
From Inter’s perspective, the conditions are clear. “At Viale della Liberazione they would not put up barriers, provided the offers are considered adequate,” Corriere dello Sport adds. “The bar for Frattesi’s transfer fee is set at €35 million.”
With interest intensifying, the coming weeks could prove decisive.
