Inter Milan have already received concrete interest for Francesco Pio Esposito, but the club have no intention of opening the door to a departure.

That message was delivered clearly by the striker’s agent, Mario Giuffredi, who spoke at length about the forward’s future in an interview with FanPage, via FCInterNews.

Giuffredi, who represents all three Esposito brothers, confirmed that approaches have arrived following Pio’s breakout season in Nerazzurro.

“There have been offers,” he admitted, before explaining the advice he has consistently given the young striker. “I’ve always told Pio, as I tell all my players, that in football those who chase money are destined to fail.”

The agent stressed that Pio Esposito has never felt the need to seriously consider alternatives.

“I’ve always advised him to follow his heart and choose what makes him feel good with himself,” Giuffredi said. “He’s never felt the need to look at other proposals because his love has always been Inter.”

That emotional bond, Giuffredi argued, goes both ways. He highlighted Pio Esposito’s journey through the club, underlining the role played by Cristian Chivu.

“His story is beautiful,” he explained. “He started as a kid with Chivu and became the first-team striker with Chivu.”

According to the agent, Inter have mirrored that loyalty. “The club have always been in love with him too.”

Giuffredi questioned the logic of entertaining bids in such a scenario. “When two sides express love for each other, why even think about offers that arrive?” he said, before concluding with a warning often lost in modern football. “Money doesn’t always make you happy.”

For now, both player and club appear aligned. Inter are building around Esposito, and despite growing interest, the feeling is mutual.
