Lautaro Martinez knows what he wants. The Racing Avellaneda striker who is currently tracked by Inter and Atletico Madrid, made it clear to local press that his intentions is to stay with the club until June and also renewing his contract over the next few hours.

Martinez explained that: “I have always kept my cool, tonight I will sign a new contract with the club and my intention is to play the Copa Libertadores and from there we will try our best to achieve the goals we set up prior to this season. I have a contract until June and then I will talk to the clubs that are the ones that are the most interested in me together with the executives of Racing in order to get the best input rgarding what is the best thing to do. I have always said that the idea is to leave the club at a figure that is higher than my buy-out clause.”

The young Argentinian striker was asked about the interest in him from Inter and Atletico Madrid replyign that: “I leave that for my agent and my family, right now I am focused on defending the colors of my team and to give all that I have here.”
