Antonio Candreva is unhappy with his current lack of playing time this season a report from Turin based newspaper Tuttosport reveals.

“After being replaced during the half-time interval at Camp Noù – Candreva has been off the radar for some time playing just nine minutes in the Barcelona rematch but has remained on the bench in the last three league games with Lazio, Genoa and Atalanta.

“Together with the games against Milan and SPAL includes, the former Lazio player has only played eight minutes in the past five games in Serie A. That together with being benched against Atalanta, explains his discontent of how he is currently being evaluated, especially since the squad came to the Atalanta game a bit roughed up after the game against Barcelona.

“The Italian national team seems to be only a mirage for Candreva, who is now the last choice winger, considering that against Atalanta, Spalletted preferred out-of-form Keita Balde to him.”
