Time of decisions at Inter for the attack, but not only on the inbound transfer market, which involves Biabiany Cerci, but also for Ruben Botta. The Argentine wants space and his agent will begin talks tomorrow with Inter sporting director Ausilio to understand the future of the former Tigre player. A crucial week, with not only Torino and Verona interested. In the meantime, our partners at FcInterNews got an exclusive interview with Botta’s agent Sergio Levinton. Here are his words on the future of the attacker.
After a good pre-season, have you already decided the future for Botta?
“I am happy that Ruben has been able to play these games on the tour and also score in the match against Eintracht. Slowly, with the passing each match, he is raising his level of play. We did not talk after the match, we only agreed to meet tomorrow and define the situation of Ruben.”
What is the will of the player?
“His desire is to play a lot and with continuity, we’ll see what happens.”
Among the contenders talked about there are Verona and Torino. Who is ahead? Are there other clubs?
“In Italy there are also precisely Verona, Chievo and Parma. While abroad there are many clubs who are interested in him, Inter will decide based on what will be best for Botta: this week could be decisive.”

Actually i prefer if we loan Botta and keep laxalt as a quite young substitute player, although he is 24, but i guess he would not be complaining if he is not playing very regular. It would be complicated if we loan botta and buy new attacker that is not young, because the new striker will complaining if he is not playing regular. Considering that we have loaned laxalt, i prefer if we keep botta at this time.
I think we should loan him, he is good but lost pace after his injury.
Mazzarri is not giving a chance for Botta, he plays him for like 10-15 mins. If he changes his formation he could use Botta behind the strikers and bench Jonathan
he got ‘fatigue’ even for that low minutes play.
how can he play for longer time then? LOL
buy cerci and sell botta to torino with buy back cluse. 50:50 profit for inter and torino
botta is a great talent but now he looks no confidence to play in a big team like inter
You don’t know what you’re talking about….just because cerci has played well one season doesn’t mean that he will be great if he would play for Inter….we have seen greater stars that try and fail so there is absolutely no guarantee that he will be the same player that he is at Torino….and you think it’s a good idea to sell a very potential young player cheap and get into a biding war with Milan and atletico? I rather see him loaned out to Torino for a year than include him in a deal that will bring over hyped and expensive player like cerci to inter….cerci is good but not 20 million good….
Agreed
