In that way he would get the chance to develop in Serie A without any pressure.

I like this a lot, without even having seen him play. I base my liking on our history. Laxalt came for 2.5m based on his performances in an u20 tourney. We took JJ for 5m. Sad mention, but Cou also came for peanuts.
If we like a kid, and his price isn’t exorbitant, we take him, and mostly he turns into an asset. i.e.- Low price decent squad player, or move him for a profit.
