In the meantime, Juventus aren’t giving up on the 23-year-old Italy international altogether.

Inter In Pole Position For Frattesi – Juventus Turn To Milinkovic-Savic

Inter, however, are getting closer and closer to winning the races to sign Frattesi.

This means that Juventus will have to change their plans in all likelihood.

At the moment, the Gazzetta notes, much about the Bianconeri’s plans depends on the future of former Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adriena Rabiot.

The Frenchman’s current contract only runs until the end of this month. Should Rabiot decide to sign a new deal then he could be the player who Juventus build their midfield around next season.

However, if Rabiot departs on a free transfer rather than extending his contract, the Bianconeri will have to replace him.

In this sense, Juventus are ready to try and sign Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

Inter are also on high alert to try and sign the Serb. The fact that Milinkovic-Savic’s contract with Lazio expires at the end of June 2024 means the Biancocelesti want to sell him.

Therefore, Inter have reportedly shown interest in reuniting Milinkovic-Savic with former Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi.

However, the Gazzetta reports, Juventus are now pushing to sign the 28-year-old if they miss out on Frattesi.
