Salernitana, Sassuolo, and Genoa are interested in signing Inter Milan midfielder Roberto Gagliardini this summer.

This according to Italian news outlet TuttoSalernitana, who report that the 29-year-old’s agent has also tested the waters with the likes of Lazio, AC Milan, and Atalanta.

Gagliardini will only be an Inter player for a few more days now.

The former Atalanta man, who joined the Nerazzurri from La Dea in January of 2017, will leave on a free transfer. His contract with Inter runs out at the end of this month, and it is looked certain for months that he won’t sign an extension.

Gagliardini has not featured regularly this season. His priority for the summer will be to change that by finding a club where he’ll be in the starting eleven.

TuttoSalernitana report that the Italian international’s agent has already spoken with Lazio, Milan, and his old team Atalanta.

However, the outlet report, he would also consider a move to a team lower down in the table if he feels he can get playing time and the sporting project is ambitious.

Gagliardini’s opened the door for Salernitana to show their interest. TuttoSalernitana report that the Granata are keen to bring the 29-year-old to Campania as a big name midfield reinforcement.

Moreover, the outlet report, Sassuolo are also keen.

The Neroverdi could see Gagliardini as a replacement for Inter target Davide Frattesi.

Meanwhile, Genoa are also keen, according to TuttoSalernitana.

The Grifone have returned to Serie A for next season after a season in the second division. The Ligurians want to strengthen with top flight experience and quality, and are in the race for Gagliardini’s signature.

Elsewhere in Serie A, Gagliardini has been linked with Torino and Monza.

Meanwhile, outside of Italy, Nottingham Forest and Sevilla have shown an interest in the ex-Atalanta midfielder.
