Juventus are considering a shock swoop for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku ahead of Inter Milan if they sell Dusan Vlahovic.

This according to UK news outlet The Telegraph, who report that the Bianconeri could make a very eye-catching attempt to sign the 30-year-old Belgian international as a replacement for Vlahovic, whose future is uncertain.

The future of Chelsea-owned striker Lukaku looks very much uncertain.

The Belgian has made clear that he only wants one thing – Inter. Lukaku is hoping that he can persuade Chelsea to open up to another loan move to the Nerazzurri.

Lukaku would even be willing to reduce his wages to make the move happen.

However, so far the Blues have flatly rejected the Nerazzurri’s offers. They prefer to sell Lukaku once and for all rather than loaning him out a second time.

Now, the big question could be whether Inter will make Chelsea a bid to either buy Lukaku on a permanent basis, or at least sign him on a loan deal containing a purchase obligation.

If the Nerazzurri do not do so, Chelsea may not open up to sending the 30-year-old back to Inter. In that case, other clubs could try and move in.

Juventus Want To Sign Chelsea Striker Lukaku If Vlahovic Sold

One of Inter’s fiercest rivals has already shown an interest in making a shock move for Lukaku – AC Milan.

Reportedly, the Belgian would reject any possible move to the Rossoneri.

However, yet another of Inter’s biggest rivals in Italy could also make an unexpected move to sign Lukaku.

Juventus are unsure of whether or not they’ll keep former Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic for next season. The 23-year-old Serbian international is attracting a fair bit of transfer interest.

Should the Bianconeri sell Vlahovic they’ll go in search of a replacement.

And, according to the Independent, they could look in an unlikely place. The UK outlet claim that Juventus could try to take advantage of Inter failing to sign Lukaku, bringing him to Turin for next season.
