Inter Milan could offer Sassuolo two players plus cash for midfielder Davide Frattesi, and not just Samuele Mulattieri.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri are thinking of a number of possible young players that they could include in an offer for Frattesi to wrap things up with Sassuolo.

Inter’s strategy to sign Frattesi looks clear.

They will first complete a sale of midfielder Marcelo Brozovic. The Nerazzurri aim to pocket around €23 million for the Croat’s transfer to Al-Nassr.

Then, they will reinvest that fee in an offer for Frattesi.

€23 million will not be enough on its own to satisfy the Neroverdi’s demands for their star midfielder, however.

Sassuolo reportedly want €40 million, although a bid worth €30-35 million could be enough to complete a deal.

Striker Samuele Mulattieri is set to go the other way as part of a deal, however. The Neroverdi are keen on signing the 22-year-old whether or not they sell Frattesi to Inter.

They are convinced by Mulattieri after his strong season on loan with Frosinone in Serie B.

Mulattieri will be valued in the deal at around €5 million. This increases the value of Inter’s cash offer of the fee for Brozovic. However, it may still not be enough to reach Sassuolo’s asking price for Frattesi.

Revealed – Which Players Inter Milan Could Offer Sassuolo For Davide Frattesi

Therefore, Tuttosport reports, Inter are considering offering more young players in addition to Frattesi.

Among these are strikers Martin Satriano, Darien Males, and Facundo Colidio.

Meanwhile, midfielders Gaetano Oristanio and Lucien Agoume could also be of interest to Sassuolo.

Even young midfielder Giovanni Fabbian could potentially come into the talks between the Nerazzurri and the Neroverdi.

One way or the other, Inter will look to meet Sassuolo’s valuation for Frattesi without a straight cash offer.
