Inter Milan don’t want to waste time signing Atletico Madrid striker Alvaro Morata as Roma, Juventus, and AC Milan loom.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri are also aiming to fend off interest from clubs in the Saudi Pro League in signing the 30-year-old Spanish international.

Yesterday, Inter met with the agents of Atletico Madrid striker Morata.

The Nerazzurri made their intention to try and sign the 30-year-old former Juventus, Chelsea, and Real Madrid man clear.

Inter both sounded out the player’s interest in a move, and also the conditions of a deal with Atletico.

The Spaniard is currently Inter’s top target in attack. They’ve been aiming to move forward in a deal after talks for Romelu Lukaku fell through in dramatic fashion.

However, the Nerazzurri are far from the only team who want to sign former Juventus, Chelsea, and Real Madrid man Morata.

Inter Want To Fend Off Roma, Juventus & AC Milan For Morata

First and foremost are Roma, who lead the way to sign the Spaniard along with Inter.

But the Bianconeri could get back in the hunt to bring back Morata for a third spell. Milan are even further back, but not yet out of the race.

And then there is always the possibility of a big money offer arriving from the Saudi Pro League.

Tuttosport report that Inter have already put a €15 million offer for Morata on the table.

The Nerazzurri are hoping that this is enough to immediately convince Atletico. Their aim is not to dawdle in negotiations – the Nerazzurri want to wrap up Morata’s singing in a whirlwind.

However, the Colchoneros want €21 million for the 30-year-old.

Meanwhile, Tuttosport report, Inter have Arsenal’s Folarin Balogun and Udinese’s Beto in mind as alternatives to Morata. They would cost €50 million and €30 million respectively, the newspaper expects.
