There is no concrete interest from Saudi Pro League clubs in signing Inter Milan forward Joaquin Correa, but Fiorentina could make a move.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews.

Inter would be willing to listen to offers for Correa this summer.

Having joined from Lazio in the summer of 2021, the Argentine has never really made the impact expected of him.

Injuries in particular have played a role in disrupting Correa’s momentum since he joined Inter.

However, there would be a big question surrounding whether or not any teams in Europe would be willing to make an offer. Correa’s struggles for form would certainly be cause for many clubs to wonder and worry.

So far this summer Fenerbahce have shown an interest in signing Correa. However, the player has rejected the possibility.

Meanwhile, Premier League duo West Ham United and Everton reportedly showed a tentative interest. However, that never materialized in any real offers for the Argentine.

No Saudi Pro League Interest In Joaquin Correa – But Fiorentina Could Move

There have been some reports of interest from clubs in the Saudi Pro League in signing Correa.

The gulf state’s top flight could provide a viable exit route for the 28-year-old. Saudi clubs have been spending lavishly on big names from European football this summer, and Correa could be a logical targets.

There had been reports that Al-Shabab in particular are ready to move for Correa.

However, according to FCIN, there is no serious interest at the moment.

On the other hand, the outlet reports, Fiorentina could move for Correa to replace any forwards that they sell.

If Nico Gonzalez or Jonathan Ikone were to depart, the Tuscans could make their move.

However, the player’s wages would be an obstacle. La Viola have a clear wage structure, which Correa’s current wages at Inter would fall outside of.
