Lazio have made the asking price for midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic clear with Inter Milan & Juventus considering a move.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports on his homepage that the Biancocelesti are ready to demand €40 million for the 28-year-old, whose contract expires at the end of June 2024.

With teams in Serie A gearing up for the official opening of the summer transfer window on July 1, Milinkovic-Savic is a hot name.

Lazio are ready to sell the Serbian international. Given that his contract expires at the end of next June, this summer represents their last opportunity to cash in.

As such, Di Marzio reports, the club from the capital have made their intentions clear. They will listen to offers for Milinkovic-Savic, but not below a certain amount.

Inter & Juventus Both Considering A Move For Lazio Superstar Milinkovic-Savic

According to Di Marzio, no serious offers for Milinkovic-Savic have yet arrived.

Neither Inter nor Juventus have made their interest official.

However, both Serie A giants are thinking about a move for the Serb.

The Nerazzurri have marked Milinkovic-Savic our as a major target for this summer.

Inter coach Simone Inzaghi wants a reunion with the former Genk midfielder, whom he coached for more than five seasons at Lazio.

Meanwhile, Juventus are preparing to go after Milinkovic-Savic.

If Bianconeri midfielder Adrien Rabiot leaves on a free transfer amid Manchester United interest, then the Serb would be first on their list of targets to replace the Frenchman.

Accordingly, Lazio are expecting the interest to start to come in. They are prepared to demand no less than €40 million for the former Genk star, even with his contract situation.

Teams in Serie A are not the only potential suitors for Milinkovic-Savic, however.

From the Premier League the likes of Newcastle United and Arsenal are reportedly also tracking the 28-year-old.
