Inter Milan have taken the definite decision that they will loan midfielder Giovanni Fabbian out within Serie A next season.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that there is no doubt that the Nerazzurri will loan the 20-year-old out for the upcoming campaign, and that it will be to a team within the Italian top flight.

Last season, Fabbian’s first within the senior game, the Inter midfielder spent on loan with Reggina.

That was a very successful first venture into senior football for a player who’d already starred at youth team level.

Fabbian named as the Calabrian team’s best player of the season.

This has even led to interest from some of Serie A’s heavy hitters – Napoli, Lazio, and Atalanta.

For their part, however, Inter would not want to sell Fabbian. The young midfielder is certainly not a player who the Nerazzurri would want to lose for good.

At the same time, playing time is a priority for the 20-year-old to keep growing and developing at the same rate. And in this sense, there is no chance of him going back to the second division.

Inter Milan Have Decided – Giovanni Fabbian Will Go Out On Loan

There had even been one or two suggestions that Inter could recall Fabbian to their first team for next season.

Roberto Gagliardini’s departure means that the Nerazzurri have a need for additional midfield depth.

However, whilst Fabbian could well already be at the required level to play a backup role for his parent club, Inter do not want the young midfielder to simply be a rotation option.

Fabbian needs time on the pitch, and not on the bench, to continue maturing.

Therefore, the 20-year-old will go out on loan. And it will be within Serie A.

FCIN report that all of Bologna, Frosinone, Genoa, and Torino are very keen to sign Fabbian.
