Torino have joined the growing list of clubs interested in loaning Inter Milan midfielder Giovanni Fabbian this summer.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, who report that the Granata have asked the Nerazzurri about the possibility of signing the 20-year-old, whilst Inter’s priority is that Fabbian join a club where he’ll receive playing time.

Fabbian is hot property following his outstanding season out on loan with Reggina in Serie B.

The young midfielder had shone for the Nerazzurri’s Primavera team during the prior campaign. However, he made the step up to senior football very well, never looking out of place playing for Reggina.

The 20-year-old is certainly not without suitors for the upcoming season.

The Inter midfielder was named as the Calabrian team’s best player of the season.

Now, Inter have a decision to make about what comes next for Fabbian.

All of Napoli, Lazio, and Atalanta are reportedly fans of the 20-year-old.

Inter do not want to sell Fabbian on a permanent deal, however. They are determined to keep hold of a player they see as very much part of future plans.

All of Bologna, Salernitana, Frosinone, Genoa, and Empoli have shown interest in loaning Fabbian in. Moreover, Lecce have appeared to be the team leading the chase for the young Nerazzurri midfielder’s signature.

However, the field of teams who want Fabbian has grown even more crowded.

Sky report that Torino have contacted Inter to express their interest in loaning the young midfielder.

The Granata want to reinforce in central areas for next season, and see Fabbian as a player who could add quality.

For Inter’s part, however, they want to know how prominent a role Fabbian will have under Torino coach Ivan Juric.

Sky report that Inter will make a decision based on where they think the midfielder will play most.
