Inter Milan are ready to wrap up the signing of young Germany and Aarhus defender Yann Aurel Bisseck in talks next week.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 22-year-old will sign a four-year deal worth €800,000 net per season.

Inter are moving fast to try and sign young Germany Under-21 international Bisseck.

The Nerazzurri have identified the former Koln youth academy product as an ideal young defensive reinforcement.

Bisseck, FCIN report, will join as a backup to Alessandro Bastoni. During the season just gone the 24-year-old has had no real deputy in the squad.

Either Francesco Acerbi has shifted to the left or Federico Dimarco has moved into defense when Bastoni has been out.

Now, FCIN note, the Nerazzurri will have a true backup for Bastoni. Bisseck is used to playing on the left of a back three despite being right-footed.

Inter Milan Closing In On Yann Aurel Bisseck

According to FCIN, Inter’s interest in signing Bisseck is very much mutual.

In recent meetings, Inter have outlined their project to the German. The player’s response has been very positive, as he wants to make the move for next season.

In talks with Bisseck’s representatives, the player asked for a five-year contract. Inter have offered a four-year deal.

According to FCIN, the Nerazzurri are close to securing Bisseck on a four-year deal, worth €800,000 net per season.

Defensive Reinforcements A Priority For Inter This Summer

Bisseck is not likely to be the only defender to join Inter this summer.

The Nerazzurri are on the hunt for signings to strengthen the back three.

Replacing Milan Skriniar is a priority, given that the Slovakian will leave to join Paris Saint-Germain.

In this sense, Koulibaly would represent a lot of experience and proven quality in the Italian top flight, in spite of his underwhelming stint at Stamford Bridge.

Moreover, the futures of all of Stefan de Vrij, Francesco Acerbi, and Danilo D’Ambrosio are also up in the air.

Veterans like Chelsea’s Kalidou Koulibaly and Real Madrid’s Nacho have been linked.

There have also been reports of interest in Bayern Munich defender Benjamin Pavard and Atalanta’s Merih Demiral.

Meanwhile, Inter are also looking at plenty of younger profiles.

The Nerazzurri are reportedly interested in all of Chelsea’s Trevoh Chalobah, Lille’s Tiago Djalo, and Red Bull Salzburg’s Oumar Solet.

Meanwhile, SempreInter has exclusively reported that the Nerazzurri are tracking Union Berlin star Danilho Doekhi.
